FRP Composite Storm Water Grating Covers & Frames

KK-FRP premium Brand Gratings Covers/frames are manufactured by high quality specially designed hydraulic presses. These are composite materials of Thermosett resin mainly polyster resin, with a matrix of glass fibres reinforced in it and quartz as an aggregate. Matrix of Glass fibre, Polyster Resin and Quartz aggregates creates a composite material which is very high in compressive, tensile and flexural strength. These products are manufactured as per load capacities of relevant IS and EN standards. These products are light in weight, high in aesthetics, easy to handle and very durable. These products are available in Load capacities from 2.5T to 40T. All standard sizes are available.

Installation Procedure

Prepare concrete bed considering height of frame.
The clear opening of the frame should be equal to the clear opening of the chamber.
Frame should be embedded in 300x200mm of minimum M-20 grade concrete.
Make sure that the top level of frame should match with the road surface
